We want you to be happy and 100% satisfied with your purchase! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 10 days of receipt and we will gladly assist you. We love hearing your feedback, as it helps us improve.  

Returns must be authorized by us. The item(s) you wish to return, must be shipped back to us within 7 business days. You will receive a full refund, excluding shipping. Please be advised that you are responsible for any return shipping fees, unless the item was damaged when you received it.

Exchanges can be made for items that have not been used, altered, and/or damaged, as long as we have the item available in stock.

*All sale items, earrings, and custom orders are final sale and do not qualify for returns.
